I like the painting. I like your decision to do something just because you wanted to. I like your willingness to admit it. Let yourself have some summer fun of your own!
It was a good day for playing outside, I'd say. Not that my children did. I guess it was a good day for playing inside, too. Not that I did.
I wonder what the weather will be like tomorrow?
It WAS a nice day today! My kids were outside all afternoon.
And you know how it is as the wife of a resident. Sometimes we have to take (or make) our own vacations--even if we can't go anywhere. Afterward we're much better moms.
Nice work Jenn! And it's OK to own your some personal time and not feel guilty. Even while eating guilty pleasures. Hopefully you can do it again soon.
